1) Eligibility: The “Cabela’s® 50 Years/50 Trucks Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Cabela’s Inc., 1 Cabela Drive, Sidney, NE 69162 (the “Sponsor”), Cohen-Friedberg Associates, LLC, Framingham, MA (the “Administrator”) and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, brokers, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, and agents, (collectively the “Promotion Entities”), as well as their respective spouses, children, siblings, and all others residing in the same household as such employees, are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
2) Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and legally binding as they pertain to this Sweepstakes.
3) Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins Saturday, January 1, 2011 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends at 11:59 p.m. ("ET"), Saturday, December 31, 2011 (the "Promotion Period"). The clock maintained by the Sponsor in connection with the operation of the Sweepstakes at www.cabelas.com (the “Website”) will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
4) How to enter: During the Promotion Period there will be various ways to enter the Sweepstakes and to earn bonus entries: Look for the Sweepstakes entry code and online URL printed at the bottom of Cabela’s retail store register receipts. Or enter your Order Number from your packing slip receipt for online and Call Center orders. Visit cabelas.com/sweeps online, complete the online registration form and receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Each time you revisit the site to enter your purchase code utilize your email address and password for quick entry.
- Receive one (1) entry code on your packing slip for each total purchase transaction when you purchase online at www.cabelas.com. Enter your Order Number from your packing slip as your entry code when filling out the registration form at www.cabelas.com/sweeps.
- Receive one (1) entry code on your packing slip for each total purchase transaction when you place an order via the Cabela’s Call Center at 800-237-4444. Use your Order Number as your entry code when filling out the registration form at www.cabelas.com/sweeps.
- Receive one (1) entry code on your sales receipt for each total purchase transaction at any Cabela’s retail store location in the U.S. Use this code to enter by filling out the registration form www.cabelas.com/sweeps.
- You may receive one free entry without making a purchase by using the code found in the sweepstakes rules and completing the online Sweepstakes registration at www.cabelas.com/sweeps.

Truck winner must possess, under his/her name, a valid U.S. driver's license and must show proof of insurance in order to claim the prize. Vehicle will be delivered to the authorized Chevrolet Dealer nearest to winner's home address. Winner will be responsible to arrange to take delivery/possession of the vehicle at their expense from the dealer. MISC. PRIZE NOTES:

Winner may choose to take a $700 Cabela’s Gift Card in lieu of the Firearm prize. Prize Note: Individuals who win firearms must otherwise have the ability to purchase and possess a firearm in order to claim their prize. In addition, all winners must otherwise be legally qualified to receive the prize they have drawn. In the event a prize-winner is not legally qualified to receive the prize he or she has drawn (i.e. minors are not legally qualified to purchase or receive firearms), Cabela's reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award the alternative prize of a $700 Cabela’s Gift Card in lieu of the Firearm prize.

Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received in any given entry period divided by the number of prizes available to be won. Total Value of all prizes $2,016,390. Major Prizes (valued at $600 or more) that remain unclaimed or not awarded will be awarded in a Second Chance Drawing for unclaimed prizes. All other prizes that may remain unclaimed or not awarded will become null and void and will not be offered in any second chance drawing. Sponsor may supply a prize of equal or greater value should a prize not be available at the time of awarding. Please allow 5-8 weeks to receive your prize.
6) Second Chance Drawing for Unclaimed or Not Awarded Major Prizes (over $600 in value) Should any prize valued at $600 or more remain unclaimed or not awarded, a Second Chance Drawing will be conducted from all valid entries made in the Promotion Period. A random Drawing (if required), will be conducted on or about 2/28/2012. Winners if any), will be notified by email, mail and/or express mail whichever is appropriate.
7) ALL POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRIES ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY THE ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND LEGALLY BINDING. ALL potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Each potential winner of a major prize (prize valued over $600 must complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 10 days of winners receipt of prize notification, which includes consenting to the publication of his/her name in any media for any promotional purpose relating to the Sweepstakes without further compensation, where permitted by law. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or if he/she fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within the required time period or if notices are returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected in a Second Chance Drawing from all eligible entries received. PLEASE NOTE: Prizes are not transferable by winner. No substitution of prize or cash equivalent is permitted except by Sponsor. Winner will look to the manufacturer of each prize element for all warranties and guarantees (if any), and not to the Sponsor. Each winner shall be solely responsible for all income, federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Each winner of a prize over $600 in ARV will also be required to furnish his/her Social Security number that will be used solely for the purpose of reporting the winner’s prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law.
For all entries: In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
8) Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes each winner's consent to the Promotion Entities’ or their agents’ use of a winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state for promotional purposes relating to the Promotion in any media without further payment or consideration, where permitted by law.
9) General Conditions: Sponsor and/or Administrator may cancel or modify the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond their control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor and the Administrator in their sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor may award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor and Administrator may, in their sole discretion, disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor and/or Administrator failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
10) Release: By entering entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Sponsor, Administrator, Promotion Entities, General Motors LLC and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, dealers, brokers, directors, stockholders, officers, governors, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i) entrant's participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in the Sweepstakes.
11) Limitations of Liability: Sponsor, Administrator and the Promotion Entities are not responsible for, and entrant hereby releases Sponsor, Administrator, and the Promotion Entities from any claims arising from: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes.
12) Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the State of Nebraska in the U.S.; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual prize in dispute but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses of the prize in dispute, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nebraska, U.S.A.
13) Participants’ Personal Information: By entering into this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to Sponsor’s and Promotion Entities’ use of his or her personal information in accordance with the Privacy Statement accessible at: http://www.cabelas.com/custserv/custserv.jsp?pageName=PrivacyPolicy and in these Official Rules. In the event of any discrepancy, these Official Rules shall control and govern. The personal information collected in this Sweepstakes may be shared with the Promotion Entities and other related parties participating in this Sweepstakes. Personally identifiable information that entrant provides within entrant’s registration for this Sweepstakes may be utilized by the Sponsor, through a series of emails or text messages designed to enhance and extend the subscriber relationship, and to enable subscribers to take maximum advantage of products and services the Sponsor thinks entrant would enjoy. At any time entrant may opt out of receiving ongoing communications from the Sponsor.
14) Winners List: For a list of major prize winners and a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Cabela’s 50/Years/50 Trucks! Sweepstakes (Rules Request or Winners List), P.O. Box 2274, Framingham, MA 01703-2274. Requests must be received by 12/31/2011. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
